“DOINA”Ensemble for children has been found in 1994. The two choreographers started to practice with 25 children aged between 9-10 years old. Three years later the ensemble wins the Great Prize and the Gold Fish Trophy at the International Folk Festival from Tulcea- Romania. Until now the ensemble enjoys a great treasure of prizes. For instance: The Great Prize at the International Folk Festival in Bydgoszcs-Poland in 2002, the Frist Prize at the international folk festival in Ribnitz- Germany 2003, the presence at the international folk festival in Drumoville-Canada 2005, and the Title of Laureate at the Kunovice Festival –Czech Republic 2009, are just some of the most important results that Doina achieved from 1997 since 2009. Hundreds of performances on the most important stages from our country and around, many appearances on television programes and so many tours around crowns the efforts of the two choreographers.
